Check the suitability of the product before installation!

You can cancel the purchase of a product made from our e-shop within 14 days of the date of receipt, without giving any reason therefor, and return the purchased product to us. However, you should bear in mind that the direct costs (shipping costs) related to the return are borne by the customer.

The conformity of the returned product to the requirements is checked by Carstaff within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product.

Report product return

If you wish to return a product purchased from Carstaff, please send us an e-mail with the relevant content, together with the purchase invoice, to info@carstaff.eu.

Send the returned product by courier of your choice to the postal address provided by the staff of Carstaff.

When returning goods by courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the goods are packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during transport. The packaging of the returned goods must be clean and intact. Products that are damaged, dirty, with assembly marks or without a package will not be taken back.

Goods incorrectly ordered by the customer can be reimbursed 100% within 14 days of the date of issue of the invoice. If more than 14 days have passed since the issue of the invoice, Carstaff will reimburse 80% of the purchase price of the returned and checked product. Goods purchased more than 30 days ago will not be repurchased.

In the event of an error made by Carstaff, the goods will be reimbursed to the customer 100%, provided that the goods and their packaging are not damaged and comply with all the requirements for return.
