Claim

If the product you have received does not correspond to the order, is defective, does not work or is damaged, please first send a complaint with a description of the contents to the following e-mail address reklamatsioon@carstaff.eu. Please also attach a copy of the purchase receipt or an invoice to the e-mail. We will then check the correctness of the product and contact you within 3–5 working days to schedule the return of the product you are claiming.

If you have ordered the product you are claiming from us with its installation in a workshop at our partners, the product you are claiming must be taken to the workshop where the purchase was made within 14 days of making the purchase, together with the document (invoice, purchase receipt) confirming the purchase.
